1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your home goods as quickly as possible. We offer 2-Business Day Shipping on most items.
- Standard Shipping: $8.90(Flat Rate)
- Expedited 2-Day Shipping: $15.00
- FREE Shipping: All orders over $70.00 qualify for free, fast shipping automatically at checkout.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Note: Expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at information@everythinghomebyg.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
