Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been opened or used.
How to start a return
Email us at information@everythinghomebyg.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.
